Go to the Research Terminal in Normandy and purchase Retain Powers Upgrade. This will allow you to respec your squad’s power in Mass Effect Legendary Edition. The cost of this upgrade is 2500 EZ. Ther is a cheaper alternative to the same that will cost only 1000EZ.
Complete the Shadow Broker Mission and there you will find a relevant chance that will allow you to respec Talent’s points. In the previous edition, the same can be done via Respec Station. All you have to do is visit the terminal that is located in Med Bay in Tempest. Pick a character and reset its skills. The cost of Respec Station is 500EZ on every usage, but if you use it for the first time you will have to pay 20EZ.
Respec Talent Points in Normandy will cost you 2500EZ which is quite a good amount. But if you find that it is important and you need to optimize your team’s strength then go for it. Mass Effect Legendary Edition includes all the DLC’s and they are scattered throughout the game. This is where the game gets a little tricky, but no worries.
