If you have the Ashes of War with you, go to any Merchant in Lands Between (preferably to Merchant Kale as he is the easiest Merchant to reach). Interact with them. You will get multiple options of which Sell will be one of them. Click on it and now you will be able to sell any items that you have which are sellable. Scroll till you get to the Page with Ashes of War. Select the one you want to sell and click to sell the Ashes of War in Elden Ring. A pop-up message will appear asking if you want to sell it. Confirm the choice and the Ashes of War will be sold.
