It’s easy to set or change the time zone setting in Outlook so that it matches your current geographic location. Instructions in this article apply to Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013, and 2010, as well as Outlook for Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com webmail.

Change or Set Your Outlook Time Zone
To set or change your time zone setting in Outlook:
- Open Outlook.
- Select the File tab.
- Select Options.
- On the Calendar tab, under Time zones, type a name for the current time zone in the Label box.
- In the Time zone list, select the time zone that you want to use.
- Your time zone is now set.
- When you adjust the time zone and daylight saving time settings in Outlook, Windows clock settings are also adjusted.

In the Outlook.com webmail program:
Open Outlook.
Select the File tab.
Select Options.
